My Story

At 15, I was already deep in competitive gaming — before esports was even a word. Leading clans, designing logos, building websites, recruiting players like a mini CEO. While others saw a hobby, I saw what it would become. That instinct for spotting what's next before the crowd has never left me.

That spark never left. Over 20 years I turned a love for tech, games, and growth into a career — building startups, raising funding, speaking on stages from Europe to San Francisco, Dubai, and China — and working with global brands.

In 2015, I co-founded App Radar — one of the first ASO tools before it was a buzzword. Grew it to 70+ people, merged with SplitMetrics in 2023. Today I lead one of the top app growth agencies in the world. But I'm not just running an agency — in 2024, I started TK100X to build AI products and help leaders who want real execution, not AI theater. I built Alex, my AI assistant that runs daily operations. Engineer, but not a programmer.

Also in 2024, I became a dad. It shifted everything from ambition-at-all-costs to something deeper — building a future that matters, with more patience, more clarity, and a bigger "why."

Today, I split my time between leading one of the world's top mobile growth agencies and building AI-powered products. Skillbase, an app teaching soft skills through AI roleplay. TK100X HQ, my custom command center. And Alex, the AI agent that runs my operations 24/7. I share everything I learn — on stage, online, and through my courses. Because the best way to understand AI isn't to read about it. It's to build with it.
